Rocklands flow

A haven of world-class bouldering, natural beauty and biodiversity.

A scenic journey along the N7 leads you away from the city—just 255 km from Cape Town and 30 km beyond Clanwilliam. Once you cross the Pakhuis Pass, the world slows down, revealing our haven in the Agterpakhuis Valley: a true paradise for climbers and those who seek the wild.

Beyond the boulders

The Cederberg is more than a climber's paradise—it is a cultural and botanical treasure. The region is home to ancient rock art, the birthplace of Rooibos tea, and some of South Africa's most distinguished local vineyards.

As a UNESCO World Heritage site, the area boasts an incredible diversity of flora, with nearly 9,000 plant species. Every spring, the landscape becomes a vibrant canvas of orange, pink, and white, attracting nature lovers from around the world to witness the bloom.
